It has been used for years as a detoxifying and rejuvenating skin experience. The mud is rich in natural minerals like iron, magnesium, and calcium, which may help cleanse pores, remove impurities, and leave your skin feeling smooth and refreshed. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin. Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use 2–3 times per week for best results. Keep the jar sealed when not in use and store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid introducing water into the container to maintain freshness.
